Executive Founders

DORON HARLEV, Co-CEO & Founder
Doron co-founded the company in 2004. Prior to Rhythmia Doron spent six years in a variety of roles in an elite R&D unit in the Israeli Ministry of Defense. Starting as a design engineer, Doron later held management roles overseeing the development of highly reliable electronic and communication systems. Doron also served as strategic project manager at Analog Devices and project manager at RFWaves, a provider of wireless solutions. Doron holds an MBA from MIT Sloan, M.Sc. EE from Tel Aviv University and B.Sc. EE from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology. Doron is leading the research and development efforts at Rhythmia.

LEON AMARIGLIO, Co-CEO & Founder
Leon co-founded the company in 2004. Prior to Rhythmia Leon spent three years as the director of business development for Ceragon Networks (NASDAQ: CRNT), a manufacturer of high speed fixed wireless equipment, where he also served as interim CFO, led the company's NASDAQ IPO, ran investor relations and served as a member of the executive team. Prior to Ceragon, Leon spent three years with the technology investment banking team at Deutsche Bank Alex Brown, where he oversaw multiple financing and M&A transactions on behalf of global technology companies. Leon speaks six languages, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a B.A. and M.Eng in Mechanical Engineering and Material Science from the University of Cambridge, UK. Leon is leading the business development efforts at Rhythmia.

MICHAEL D. DALE
Michael D. Dale is the Chairman, President and CEO of ATS Medical, Inc (Nasdaq: ATSI) where he has been since 2002. With more than 20 years experience in the medical device industry, Mr. Dale came to ATS Medical from Endocardial Solutions, Inc., St. Paul, where he was Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Marketing. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Global Sales for Cyberonics, Inc., Houston, and Managing Director of Cyberonics Europe S.A., Brussels. He has held marketing, sales and product management positions at St. Jude Medical, Inc., St. Paul, and St. Jude Medical Europe, Brussels. He began his career in sales at American Edwards Laboratories, Inc. (CVS and Critical Care Divisions), Lexington, Kentucky, and Detroit, Michigan. In addition to Rhythmia, Mr. Dale also serves on the board of directors of Neuronetics, Inc., Philadelphia. He holds a bachelors degree from California Polytechnic State University.

PHILIP FLECK
Philip Fleck is a Director at Norwich Ventures, and has been designing and building medical devices for most of his professional career. He has brought numerous products to market and uses that expertise at Norwich to assess new technologies and assist entrepreneurs with development and manufacturing of advanced medical technologies. Prior to joining Norwich, Phil was interim CEO and formerly President and COO of Arrow International, where he oversaw worldwide R&D and manufacturing efforts. Phil's most recent development projects focused on ventricular assist devices, including oversight of the LionHeart™ and CorAide™ devices. In addition, Phil oversaw opening the first-ever manufacturing plant in the Czech Republic by a U.S. company. Before his thirty year career at Arrow, Phil was an engineer at Rockwell International and Atlas Chemical Industries. Phil serves on the board of directors of the Burn Prevention Foundation, Pennsylvania Life Sciences Greenhouse, and the advisory board of Ben Franklin Technology Partners. Phil earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University. He has attended University of Pennsylvania for graduate work in mechanical engineering and attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

SHRAGA KATZ
Shraga Katz currently serves Chairman of the Board of Allot Communications (NASDAQ: ALLT), a Venture Partner at Magma Venture Partners and a board member at Siverge Networks. Shraga has over 30 years of technological experience and over 20 years of experience in the communications industry. Shraga founded Ceragon Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ CRNT) in 1996 and served as its President and CEO until he retired in mid 2005. Ceragon is a global provider of high capacity wireless networking solutions for mobile and fixed operators and private networks. Prior to founding Ceragon Mr. Katz served 17 years in the IDF. His last position was head of the elite Electronic Research and Development Department of the Israeli Ministry of Defense. Mr. Katz was a two time winner of the Israel Defense Award, Israel's most prestigious recognition for research and development. Mr. Katz holds a B.Sc. from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University.
